FAITH MADE WHOLE COOKING CLASSES
“Inspiring Delicious and Healthy Meals with a Touch of Simplicity”
Why Natural Food Demonstrations?
The amount of degenerative diseases affecting populations, especially
in Western countries, is unbelievably alarming. Standard American
Diets (SAD), or in other words the traditional eating habits of most
people, is directly responsible for a large portion of these
statistics. Therefore, the subject of Healthy Food Preparation is
becoming increasingly popular and many are seeking to learn how to
prepare wholesome, healthy meals for themselves and their families.
Preparing meals to promote and support a healthy lifestyle involves
more than just having a good recipe. In fact, in addition to what you
eat, also when you eat, how you eat, and proper food combinations play
a vital role in restoring and maintaining health.
Meeting the Need
Faith Made Whole offers private "in home" individual, family, and small
group cooking classes set up and conducted by a Personal Fitness Chef. These classes can be both educational and
informative to anyone, but are especially beneficial for individuals
that are new to the concept of “natural food” cooking and preparing.
In addition, classes are hands-on so that students truly learn through
participation. Furthermore, our cooking classes are designed to show
individuals how to prepare healthy, delicious meals, while teaching and
inspiring lifelong cooking habits.
In addition to food preparation instruction, various discussion topics include:-”Food and It’s Healing Properties”
- ”The Structure of Everyday Meals”
- ”How to Substitute Animal Products”
- ”Meal Planning”
- ”Shopping Tips”
- ”How to Maximize a Food’s Nutritional Benefits”
